Depicted schooner with deflated broad pennant covered with reed mats for the winter, the production of which Butakov described in his diary:

In the morning he appeared, taking with him the ensign Pospelov for observation and ordered the schooner team Nikolay weave of reeds mats for the roofs to the court, to the autumn and winter, protect them from the rain and snow, went to Perovsky Bay, where he anchored in the outcome of 9:00 in west side" ["Day notes of voyage Butakov in Aral Sea in 1848 – 1849", Tashkent, 1953, p. 53].

Last date of execution time set by the Second Aral expedition: "22 [IX]. In the morning I came to the wintering place, and in the evening lowered the broad pennant and flag and finished the campaign" [ibid, p. 53] and time of departure Butakova Kos-Aral (5.X 1849).
