Valley Kaska-Dzhul or Kaska-Zhol (which means "main road") on the western shore of the Aral Sea, now – Chelkar district, Aktobe region, Kazakh SSR.
Dated by the residence time of the expedition in this area [see. "Day notes of navigation A. I. Butakov on the Aral Sea in 1848 – 1849 years", Tashkent, 1953, p. 46 – 47].
Found in the literature under the name "Kachkadzhul" [A. Novitsky, Paintings of Taras Shevchenko, [Kyiv, 1936], p. 101, № 664].
