A. I. Maksheev recalled:

"July 19 schooner "Constantine" was prepared and in the presence of officials of fort gathered at the dock, launched" [A. Maksheev, Traveling on the Kyrgyz steppes and Turkestan, St. Petersburg, 1896, p. 49].

In the literature incorrectly determined technique – watercolor ["Ukrainian life", Moscow, 1912, № 11, p. 76].
