Images of similar tents see number of figures 87, 100 with author's numbers of Kara-Tau expedition. The same tents see number 102.

Perhaps this image of station in the Kochak gulf, where the food base of expedition. Terrain resembles the area in the picture "Kochak" (№ 100, 103) on which it is dated.

In the literature found under a descriptive name: "The camp in the wilderness: tents, soldiers, and sentry near stacked things" ["Catalogue of V. Tarnowski's museum of ukrainian antiquities", Vol. II, Chernigov, 1900, p. 185, № 319].
