Above at the center inscription by hand Shevchenko : ak-dzhul-pas.

Ak-Dzhulpas, according to A. I. Butakov, was the name of grave on the Bay Sary Chahanak on the north coast of Aral Sea [see. A. I. Butakov, Information about the expedition, equipped for description of the Aral Sea in 1848, "Bulletin of the Russian Geographical Society", St. Petersburg., 1853, Vol. VII, p. 9].

From the Butakov's diary know that schooner "Constantine", which sailed Shevchenko was in the Gulf of Sary-Chahanak in July and September 1849 [see "Day notes of navigation A. I. Butakov on the Aral Sea in 1848 – 1849 years", Tashkent, 1953, p. 42 – 43, 53]
